By booking with Premium Cat Sitting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, full payment of the agreed-upon total fee is due no later than one day before my service begins. I understand that plans can change, so I kindly ask that you notify me of any cancellation as soon as possible. You'll receive a 100% refund for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. Cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours prior to the start time will incur a 25% cancellation fee (75% refunded). For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies (50% refunded).

2. Veterinary Care and Emergencies

Your cat's safety is my top priority. In the event your cat experiences a medical emergency, you authorize me to take them to your designated veterinarian or the nearest emergency vet clinic for immediate care and stabilization. I will make every reasonable effort to contact you and your designated emergency person immediately. However, it is explicitly understood that you will be solely responsible for all veterinary costs, fees, and expenses associated with the cat's emergency or medical treatment.

3. Liability and Release of Responsibility

For the safety and security of your home, I cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise if other people have access to your home before, during, or after our agreed-upon dates. While I am taking care of your pets, I am not responsible or liable for any damage your cat(s) may cause to your property or to the property of others. Furthermore, if your cat has unsupervised access to the outdoors, I will not be liable for any injury, disappearance, or death that occurs as a result.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

I commit to treating all personal and contact information provided by the Client with the utmost care and confidentiality. This information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted cat sitting services and for emergency contact.

Service Agreement
